  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice must be provided prior to the session start time.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours are not eligible for credit or refund.

  • We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your session. If this is not possible, we may offer credit toward a future booking.

  • For bookings made further in advance, a deposit is required to secure your session date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Risk & Liability

  • You are fully responsible for your motorcycle and your riding decisions at all times.

  • You are under no obligation to follow any guidance or instruction that you feel is unsafe or beyond your ability.

  • We accept no liability for any loss, damage, costs, injury, or fatality arising from participation in a session.

These terms and conditions are in place to ensure that everything runs smoothly, safely, and fairly for everyone involved. Motorcycling sessions require careful planning, time allocation, and in many cases advance preparation, so clear guidelines around bookings, payments, and cancellations help us manage availability and deliver the best possible experience.

They also allow us to be transparent about what you can expect from us, while ensuring we can continue to offer a reliable and professional service to all riders.

At the same time, these terms are designed with your safety and flexibility in mind. Motorcycling carries inherent risks, and conditions such as weather or mechanical issues can impact a session at short notice—so having clear policies allows us to make responsible decisions without compromising your wellbeing.

We’ve also aimed to keep things fair and reasonable, offering alternatives wherever possible, while being upfront about situations where that may not be feasible.

Ultimately, these guidelines are there to protect both you and us, so you can focus on enjoying the experience with confidence.
